History / Description
Developed in 1968, Appleridge Park was a new and unique neighborhood concept. With 35 single-family homes, an entry island, street/cul de sac islands, two community parks connected by greenbelt access ways both create a feeling of openness and maximize the enjoyment of this beautiful community.
The HOA has a voluntary Board of Directors consisting of seven homeowners who are elected by all Appleridge Park homeowners. All meetings are open to homeowners.
